1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering with StableGrow, including using our Staking, Loan, or Exchange services, you agree to these Terms. Continued use constitutes full acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. StableGrow is a private membership service and reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity.

3. Service Nature

StableGrow is a DeFi interface. All transactions are private agreements. We are not a bank or regulated financial institution. Investments carry risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Account Security & Fraud

Any form of abuse, including creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses or loans, is strictly prohibited. StableGrow reserves the right to permanently ban such accounts and seize associated balances immediately.

5. Deposits & Conversions

When depositing cryptocurrencies other than TRX (e.g., BTC, SOL, TON), funds are automatically credited based on the market rate at the moment of the transaction.

6. Exchange & Swaps

We provide an internal exchange service. By using it, you accept the exchange rate displayed at the moment of the transaction. Once a swap is confirmed, it is final and cannot be reversed.

7. Crypto-Backed Loans

By requesting a loan, you agree to the following:

• Collateral Locking: Your crypto assets used as collateral will be frozen until the loan is repaid.
• Repayment: Loans must be repaid manually via the Dashboard.
• Liquidation (Default): If a loan is not repaid within 3 days after the due date, the system will declare a "Default". Your collateral will be permanently seized and liquidated to cover the debt. This action is irreversible.

8. Withdrawals and Fees

Profits: Withdrawal of profits is always fee-free.
Principal: Withdrawing the full principal balance before 60 days incurs a fee: 1 TRX for Tron withdrawals, or 1% for other cryptocurrencies. After 60 days, principal withdrawal is free.
Processing: While most withdrawals are instant, specific networks (e.g., Solana) may require a technical period of up to 48 hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

StableGrow is not responsible for data loss, blockchain network failures, or unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

10. Amendments

We may modify these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

11. Final Agreement

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the StableGrow platform immediately.
