❓ I started an exchange request. How much time do I have?

You have exactly 30 minutes to send the funds and click the "I Have Sent The Funds" button. This guarantees your exchange rate. If the timer reaches zero and you haven't confirmed, the request is automatically cancelled to protect you from rate volatility. Please do not send funds after the timer has expired.

If you choose to deposit your swapped funds directly into Stable-Grow, you earn an annual yield based on the asset:

The TXID (or Hash) is the unique code of your crypto transaction. While optional during checkout, pasting it in the confirmation box helps our system verify your deposit much faster, ensuring your funds arrive in your balance sooner.

❓ Why is there a delay for Solana (SOL)?

Due to the specific staking mechanisms of the Solana network, activating yield or withdrawing SOL funds requires a 48-hour technical processing period. Other cryptocurrencies do not have this waiting time.
